DC Day Trip: Travel Photography & Educational Experience

Washington D.C. A guided monuments tour organized through Holbrook Field Trips will thoughtfully lead participants through

one of the most beautiful international cities in the world.

Travel Itinerary

May 2025

 6:30am Academy bus arrives at Jordan Lake School of the Arts

 7:00 am Depart for Washington, DC 

11:00 am Lunch stop before entering the city (bag lunch from home)

12:00pm Guided walking tour of Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial,  FDR Memorial, and Jefferson Memorial around the Tidal Basin

3:00 pm White House picture stop

3:00pm Driving tour of the National Mall to view the Capitol and the Washington Monument

 4:00 pm Depart Washington to home

 6:00 pm Dinner stop- Preordered boxed dinners- Chick Fil A

 10:00 pm Approximate arrival at Jordan Lake School of the Arts
